Ethos
The club tries to cater for all members as best it can. Though most activities are in Ennis there are many events run all over the county and the club also acts as a focal point for finding suitable training partners. The primary activities are swimming, cycling and running but we also run circuit sessions, go mountain-biking, partake in some endurance challenges, etc. Everyone is encouraged to get involved and there is always someone willing to help you.
Schedule
The official club training schedule is detailed below. Please note that the schedule only serves as a template for general activity - any changes will be posted to the website or texted to members in advance. Please look at the shout box for daily updates on training that is going on in the club. Any questions can be emailed to training [at] ennistriclub [dot] com.
With the racing season now over, its time to enjoy some recovery time and lighter training sessions before regrouping for Winter Training. At the moment we’re working on putting some winter training plan options together to kick off in mid to late October which will add some variety & craic during the long winter nights. Keep an eye on the website for training news updates.
