Ennis Tri are Running a Coached Duathlon Training Day on Sat 15th October at the Rowantree and anyone from beginners upwards who is interested in Multi-Sport Training and getting fit is welcome.

The day will focus on Duathlon Training with the end goal of competing in either or both of Ennis Tri Club's planned Duathlons in Spring 2012. Use this training day to kick off your winter training now as the day promises to be very worthwhile and will comprise practical coaching followed by review and discussion - full details are attached.
