Hi All,
Kevin has asked me to invite you all to the annual Carrigaholt triathlon.
It takes place on Thursday 19th August,at 7PM.
Registration 6pm in the square.
Swim 500m,Cycle 10km,Run 5km.
It would be great if you could support it, what else would you be doing on a Thursday night.
